By creating an account or using PicSchool ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PicSchool lets a teacher create classes, add students, assign weekly tasks, and review work that students submit as photographs. The app is provided for educational use.
Accounts are for teachers, created with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your email address is your identity: it is the only way to recover your account.
Students do not hold accounts and are supervised by the teacher. The picture code (PIN) is a convenience to open a profile, not a security measure. Teachers are encouraged to photograph work rather than faces.
Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete individual students or your entire account at any time from within the app.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. You are responsible for retaining any records you need independently of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
